Shipping to the United States — Customs & Import Duties Notice

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to US customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by US Customs and Border Protection and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please be aware of the following:

• Duties and taxes are not included in our product prices or shipping fees (unless shown at checkout).
• Insomnia Coffee Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
• If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected duties, return shipping costs and any applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.
