Delivery & Returns

Order Dispatch

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, you will receive an email when your order has been dispatched along with a tracking link. 

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat rate of €6.00 unless otherwise stated. 

Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns on food items (coffee, tea, syrup) due to their perishable nature.  

To start a return, you must contact us at onlinestore@insomnia.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us at onlinestore@insomnia.ie.

Incorrect Item

In the rare occasion that the wrong product has been delivered we will dispatch the correct product straightaway or if the original product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon return of the item delivered in error. Orders should be checked on receipt and any errors must be reported to onlinestore@insomnia.ie. within 5 days receiving your order in order for any issue to be rectified.

Change Of Mind

If you are dissatisfied with a product, for any reason, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your product you will be refunded the price you paid for the product, upon return of the original item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee, tea, syrups) custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or perishable food items such as coffee, teas and syrups.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
