Honduras: The Honduras Capucas Co-operative is located in Las Capucas in West Honduras. It was founded in 1999 by Omar Rodriguez and today the organisation is made up of 359 small-scale coffee producers. Well known in the coffee industry, the co-operative promotes sustainable development and supports the local economy.
Papua New Guinea: The Highland Organic Agriculture Co-operative is located in the Eastern Highlands, which is a mountainous province interspersed with broad valleys. It is one of the oldest Fairtrade certified co-operatives in Oceania and comprises of 3,000 small farmers across 32 village communities.
